The holiday season is upon us!
#GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of radical
generosity to transform communities and the world. Created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good, Giving Tuesday has grown, over the past nine years, into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate.
Today, we want to encourage our community of supporters, family and friends to help us continue our mission, here's why!
Since our founding in 2018, Free Flow has collected over 40,000 products and have distributed them to women and girls in over 7 countries across 4 continents.
Our disaster relief period bank has ensured that sanitary products were part of the initial relief efforts for those impacted by hurricanes and other natural disasters in the US and around the world and our most recent Period Supplies are School Supplies Campaign has ensured over 200 young women and girls have access to period products so that they won't have to choose between their education and their periods.
Through our Period Project, we have been able to partner with local & international schools, homeless shelters and community organizers, ensuring women and girls have access to the products that they need FREE OF CHARGE.

We have just begun. There are so many in need and so much more work to do! In 2023, Free Flow is looking forward to giving back in BIG ways and we are also launching our first Service-Learning Trip--to do this, we need your continued support. Your support is the only way to continue our strategic initiatives of: 1. Advocating on behalf of women and girls through programs and service projects,
2. Educating society on the implications of poor menstrual hygiene and the effect it has on women and girls around the world and
3. Eradicating the stigma and taboo attached to periods by creating a platform for discussion and attempting to mainstream menstruation rhetoric.
Even in times of economic uncertainty, we each have a deep reserve of generosity, which we can deploy in myriad ways to make a difference--your time, your kindness, your skills, your voice are all things you can give in addition to charitable donations.
